The prodigiously gifted young Bulgarian pianist Emanuil Ivanov returns to Ulverston for a recital at Ulverston Parish Church. Emanuil will perform Schumann’s Nachstücke, and Stephen Hough’s Sonata No. 2’ ‘Notturno Luminoso’ alongside the Debussy’s Preludes, Book 1 in its entirety.
Anyone who would like to hear this sensational young pianist can simply turn up on the door without a ticket. Seating is unreserved and instead of an entry fee, there will be a retiring collection. Donate as much as you can afford, or how much you feel the performance was worth.
