Claire Farrell of the King’s Arms and Bea Grice of Bea’s Thai have been working together bringing a Thai night to the King’s Arms on a Tuesday evening. With such a successful night selling out tables week after week, it is great to hear that Bea’s presence is now bringing the people of Ulverston a full Thai menu, alongside the King’s Arms very popular British Classics menu, Tuesday to Sunday each week.

As expressed by Claire in a recent social media post, ‘running a pub can be the most challenging at times and the most rewarding,’ and following on from the past two years that have seen many businesses cease to trade, it is heartwarming, encouraging and inspiring to see two businesses support each other, build a successful venture together and are now reaping the rewards of their hard work.
