Ulverston Amateur Operatic Society

Ulverston Amateurs (also known as Ulverston Amateur Operatic Society (UAOS)) is a friendly amateur group who with over 100 years of experience and history is part of the fabric of the town of Ulverston. Ulverston Amateurs stages musical shows from all eras, most recently The Wizard of Oz, 42nd Street, Fiddler on the Roof, Whistle Down the Wind, Annie and popular productions such as The King and I, Scrooge etc.

We rehearse from April to October at Church Walk School in the centre of Ulverston, at 7.30pm. The production every year is for one week at the end of September.

If you have any interest in any aspect of staging musical theatre - either on stage as a principal or in the chorus, or backstage in a stage, technical or support role, come and join us - you're always assured a friendly welcome!
