The South Cumbria Musical Festival was founded in 1976 and has grown over the past 46 years into a highly respected and much-anticipated annual event in Ulverston. Known for its high standards, friendly atmosphere, and efficient organisation, the festival attracts competitors and audiences from across Cumbria and beyond.

Most classes at the festival are competitive, but we also offer a selection of non-competitive opportunities for those wishing to perform simply for the joy of it.
