Rose Cottage, boutique self catering, is perfect for those who wish to enjoy the convenience of staying in a market town while having the benefits of exploring the Lake District within a short drive. It is located in the centre of Ulverston town within minutes of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants and yet enjoying a peaceful and tranquil environment.

This charming cottage has been tastefully refurbished recently and now provides accommodation to sleep 5 in two good size double bedrooms and a single bedroom. One of the double bedrooms is located on the ground floor together with a good sized lounge and a separate dining conservatory overlooking the patio garden. The well fitted kitchen consists of a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, 4-slice toaster, kettle and a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine. There is a good amount of worktop space, under-counter washing machine and fridge.

There is a 40″ TV and a blue ray DVD player in the lounge. The ground floor also has a separate shower room and W/C. Upstairs is the main double and single bedroom with access to the main bathroom (large shower).

The patio garden contains a good amount of evergreen shrubs and has a table and seating for 6.
