Originally from the North East, but with a long time ambition to make Ulverston her forever home, Holly has moved her life, her business, and her adorable spaniel Winnie here to bring us constructive and empowering life coaching and well-being sessions.

For those unfamiliar with life coaches and their work, they are qualified practitioners who offer one to one sessions aimed to take a concentrated view of a person’s skills and attributes, to help them develop, understand and utilise these key qualities to attain goals in their life and attain overall well-being. Holly is also a qualified NLP practitioner, which is a great tool to help those with anxieties. 

Holly’s approach to life coaching is to encourage balance and flow, believing that by creating a better understanding and helping a person to develop as a whole, any goals can become achievable. From developing your confidence, to understanding your skillset, Holly works with you so you know you can apply for that job, conquer that fear, or achieve any other life goal. Life coaching with Holly helps you to achieve your goals by looking at the person, not just the goal they wish to achieve.

‘My style of coaching is very holistic. I look at the whole person as well as all aspects of a person’s life.

As a holistic coach, I work with people who want to achieve more flow and balance in their lives. By doing this it will naturally affect other areas, in a more positive way.

My aim as a coach is to motivate and inspire my clients so they can take action and make positive changes, moving forward.’
