Kings Head Bowling Club

The Bowling Club is now open again for the season.

Subscriptions are now due from current members; the annual subs are £25 per person. We are also actively recruiting new members.

You should contact the club secretary , Gordon, on 07887593773 or chairman, Bill, on 07813446977 for an application form. Subscriptions can be made under ‘gift aid’ to help the club.

Drop in sessions will be available shortly at £5 per head with bowls provided

We are trying to sort the competition teams for the season as leagues should restart in June.

Please bear in mind that entry is through The Kings Head pub and we must observe the current covid rules. We are currently seeking work teams to spruce up the Green for the season, so if you have green fingers or can wield a paint brush let us know. Please remember that the future of the Club is still uncertain as the Brewery have yet to decide on whether to renew the lease or what the terms will be. We must increase membership and make big strides this year to show them what is possible in the future.

New landlords are now in place at the Kings Head and they are settling in and open for business.
