‘From January 2022, Harrison Coward will be rebranding to UAM Property (the estate agency and property arm of Ulverston Auction Mart Plc). Whilst traditionally Harrison Coward has been viewed by locals as a predominantly land based agency, we have exciting new plans to expand our presence into the local property market.
To celebrate this, from 1st January 2022, there will be an introductory offer on all residential property instructions with fees of only £750 +VAT! Or if you have a property to let, we will be capping fees at only 11% on our monthly management package for this time!
We also offer a wide range of Auction House services, from valuations, estate and house clearances and regular furniture and antique sales.
