Geek Goods is the only shop locally specialising in posters, mugs and other memorabilia from films, shows and games.
Karen Wilkinson, self-confessed Geek, bought her passion to life in a pop-up shop on The Gill in Ulverston selling official, licensed gifts from the world of entertainment. The shop was well received by the local community and visitors to Ulverston and Karen soon opened a new store on Theatre Street.
“A lot of our customers tell us they prefer being able to see and touch the products rather than ordering off the internet, as there’s always that worry it won’t quite be what they expect.” says Karen.
In April of this year Geek Goods moved to New Market Street. “Geek Goods has experienced growth over the last couple of years and we felt it was time to move to a larger, more prominent location in town. We listen to what our customers want and keep up with current trends and we love that local people choose to support us and buy local.”
