The Festival Town on the Edge of the Lake District
Lifestyle photography for me is one on my favourites, literally capturing life as it goes by…
I find I can effortlessly capture moments in time, giving all those involved memories to treasure and share with others.
I also have a huge passion for working with dogs and farm livestock. My clients find I handle their pets effectively and calmly, whilst creating beautiful photographs.
I love working with families and children, so much so I have a monthly deal that the first 3 family portrait bookings are just £50!
Rain or shine, I love to compose the story of a wedding as it unfolds naturally.
During the day I prefer to shoot and capture emotions from a distance so guests can relax without having a lens shoved in their face, then in the evening I like to be right where the action is, in the middle of the dancefloor, capturing all those awesome moves!
I rarely stop any of the proceedings, set shots up, ask you to repeat anything or ask anyone to pose for the camera. In short, you’ll barely know I’m there, which means you can enjoy the day fully.
It’s important to me that you have the most comprehensive narrative to your wedding photographs, and that the story of the day is told through my pictures.
I believe that whilst an image should be an honest and unscripted portrayal of a moment, it should also be thoughtfully composed and visually beautiful.
My aim is to provide you with a set of beautiful images which will sit happily alongside your memories of the day, taking you back to it every time you look at them.
Your job on the day is to have the best time of your lives with the people that mean the most to you.
My job is to capture it all as discreetly and genuinely as possible.
The skills to being a pet photographer is having a connection with animals upon first meeting and photographing them in the most natural way possible.
I pride myself on working with animals, from cute little puppies to herds of cattle. My aim is to show pets and livestock at their best without missing their personalities!
You hear people say don’t work with children or animals, but this is part of my job I truly love!
