Choose Ulverston is the new app promoting businesses and encouraging local spending.
The app is set to be launched on November 25 at the Dickensian Festival. It will show the best the town has to offer, from shops, to restaurants, festivals and trails.
App users can scan a QR code in-store to earn a digital stamp, which then appears on their stamp card in the app, encouraging customers to return regularly to earn rewards. The app's trail feature works by grouping businesses together into one easy-to-access place. For example, a health and beauty trail or a pub and bar trail. Ulverston will continue to be available as a location on the LoyalFree app and its very own dedicated app, Choose Ulverston.
