Parkrun is coming to Ford Park

Parkrun is an organised, free, weekly, 5km timed run. They are open to everyone, free, and are safe and easy to take part in. They take place around the world. Parkrun takes place every Saturday morning at 9am. Walking is encouraged and welcomed as well as running. Over 4 million people participate in Parkrun worldwide.
