Husband and wife team Alan and Lyn have decided to turn their hobbies into a small craft business. After finding that their craft room and garage were getting a bit crowded they have moved into a unit situated in the grounds of the Ulverston Auction Market where they have created a spacious shop with a work section for Lyn and, upstairs, Alan’s wood workshop.
Lyn makes all kinds of fabric items such as shopping bags, aprons, tepees, children’s play mats, cushions and bean chairs.
Alan makes a large range of wooden items including traditional rocking horses, furniture items such as dining tables, occasional tables, wine racks, disguised gun cabinets etc. There is also a growing range of smaller wooden kitchen/household items such as food presentation/chopping boards, mirrors, trophy boards, spice racks, coat hook racks etc.
In addition they sell a small number of handmade items on behalf of several other local craftspersons.
