The qualities we are looking for are · motivated, enthusiastic and reliable · very organised and will work on own initiative · be able to motivate and supervise your team – lead by example · prepared to cover on call service once a week · assist your team manager with reviewing clients · willingness to further develop knowledge and skills in the care sector.
Pay and holiday Information
- Rate of pay – £10.00 to £11.00
- Mileage 25 pence per mile
- Enhanced Overtime and weekend rate
