Ulverston’s favourite fiery festival takes place mid September each year in Ulverston.

The Lantern Festival is an annual community event featuring a spectacular lantern procession through the streets of Ulverston.

There is a new theme chosen each year and people are encouraged to make lanterns built with this theme in mind.
