Your New Job
• Assist in the creation of documents • Storing documentation • Monitoring emails • Diary management • Fire safety records • Post job vacancies online and shortlist applicants • Plan trial shifts • Provide new starter packs and ensure completion • Assist in probationary period reviews • Monitor & record holidays, absences, disciplinary • Coordinate staff meetings • Administration • Liaising with suppliers • Renewing contracts to reduce costs • Develop business strategy/action plans • Monitor KPI’s • Monitor online presence/performance.
• Excellent calendar planning • Strong WORD/Excel creation (or equivalent) • Attention to detail • Chronological mind-set • Strong verbal & written communication • Apple Mac/computer proficiency • Good working memory.
Salary and benefits
