HOOP DANCE!
There are no set moves in hoop dance, no right or wrong way of doing things. So this is where your creativity and personal style step in. In class you will be given tools, tricks, links and variations, but there are infinite possibilities to be found. Hooping is something you can practice in the comfort of your own home listening to your favourite songs, on a beach, in a park or field on a warm summer’s day. Another beauty about it is that you are so busy concentrating on your dance or movement that you get fit without realising that your exercising.

Adult classes suitable for total beginners – if you want to get back into your hooping or improve on existing skills. We will be focusing on flow, creativity, dance, tricks and most of all fun.
